I'm not sure, surgical will be possible. The world is changed. If these people don't like us or our economic assistance, then they need to learn to fear us so that this type of thing does not happen again. That goes for these terrorist cells and the governments that give them shelter. My hope is that Bush declares war on terrorists in general and that we root out the terrorists' troops and bases all over the world. We should be prepared for losses and to begin living like the Israelis for a while and until this problem is solved.... JLA
