Sun, michael and threaders, This will probably be my last post for a few weeks as I plan on proceeding with my trip to Maccu Picchu, regardless of the obvious risks and worries which still exist. I just called the airline and they said the flight looks like it is taking off. I do not plan to live my life in fear; if we do that, the terrorists win. I am flying out of Newark and will probably be nervous when I see the skyline minus two for the first time. I can honestly say that although I am looking forward to the trip, it doesn't feel like much of a vacation knowing that people are still struggling for their lives beneath tons of rubble not far from where I will be taking off. There is a definite guilt associated already with this trip, even though I can do little from where I currently am. Please think of me at 1555 tomorrow; I am not too nervous now but am not certain I will be able to say the same thing tomorrow at this time. I will be thinking of my trek but also of all those who perished just across the river for no good reason. Life goes on as it must..... Peace to all. See you in two weeks. Brian
