>Sep 13, 2001 (NORDIC BUSINESS REPORT via COMTEX) -- Hewlett-Packard's Danish headquarters in Birkerod were evacuated today (13 September) at 1110 local time after the company received a package it could not identify.

The company's Danish information director Henrik Kirkeskov told the online IT newspaper Computerworld that the evacuation of the 300 employees was taken as a precaution, and in accordance with instructions from the company's US headquarters following the terrorist attacks in the US.

The police found the mysterious package to contain a Hewlett-Packard printer.
