joe,i can understand what you are trying to say and how you would think that it would eliminate the risk ,but the united states has become a global society and times have changed and we have to deal with the risk because so ironic that we are talking about it here,because what really is at stake is the rippling effect of the global economy.. so at this moment since the world is based on an economic level those changes can not be met.. but make no mistake about it,if there is a phase 2 or 3 to there plans and sept 11 was not the only strategy planned for the united states for 2001 i agree things and philosphies will change quickly because the thoughts will change to the human elements of this country and not so much the continous of our global leader of the free world and business as usual ...
