how come it is ok for Jordan to exile and kill Palestinians when they did not cause that much problem there and it is a crime for Israel to defend it's children?

Kash,

Well i suspect folks in slovakia have jobs, homes etc. The balkans as you know has had a pretty terrible history of ethnic problems.

It is by no means a wealthy country, it has high unemployment (and btw. is not on the Balkan peninsula). If Palestinians wanted houses, they coud have much nicer houses than they currently have, if they did not dedicate their lives to hatred and violence.

If palestinians were not so intransigent, so single-mindedly guided by their hatred of Jews, they would by now have their own country. Palestinians have proven to be so difficult that even the Arabs, (who seemingly have nothing to fear from them) just can't deal with them. How do you expect Israel to agree to terms with Palestinians given the pathological motivation that is driving the Palestinians.

It is popular to look for root causes to excuse the inexcusable, but in case of the hijeckers each of whom murdered 263 people, none of them seems to have suffered from any deprivation of material goods, based on the reports.

I think some people just refuse to accept the fact that some individuals are just so fanatical, so evil that they can't be reasoned with. The only way to deal with these people would be to either arrest them and keep them locked up for the rest of their lives, or to kill them outright.

The world community has been pushing to set up independent monitors and a BUFFER zone with 3rd party troops.
This seems very logical to most people.
Now tell me why ISRAEL has been against this.

Just re-read the first of these sentences and thing about it, and you will find the answer. Just look at your house, and at the neighboring houses. Do you have a buffer zone, 3rd party troops between your house and that of your neighbor? Probably not. You may not even have a fence. The reason is that your and your neighbors are civilized people.

France has peaceful borders with Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany Luxemburg, Belgium, UK. Israel has a peaceful border with Egypt and Jordan. It is only when you deal with deranged fanatics, such as Palestinians, Syrians, whoever inhabits Lebanon, you need buffer zones, 3rd party troops.

Why is Israel opposed to it? Because in it's entire history, Israel managed to survive by doing the work of keeping deranged fanatics at bay themselves. Ceding this role to a third party is a needless risk. The hope is that at some point, the Syrians and Palestinians will be cured of their deranged fanaticism, and suddenly their will be no need for buffer zones or 3rd party troops. It worked with Egypt and Jordan, so there is a positive precedent.
