I disagree completely with this idea of WW III. The problem with this idea is that the enemy (the terrorists) are very few in numbers. Almost all significant nations want to be at peace and pursue prosperity, US style. The earlier world wars involved mighty enemies. This enemy is cowardly and laughable. We should just squash any of these idiotic terrorists once and for all. I doubt it will take more than a year if we have the guts to do it...

EDIT: Just hold the countries harboring these guys responsible. Don't get fooled by countries like Pakistan, Libya etc. The war will be won rather quickly...
