Amazing, huh, how are country has become so warped (in financial thinking) that prudent saving can be seen as bad, and overspending (no matter for whatever reason) becomes good...

The Ponzi- overspend economy scheme has/had to end at some point....our officials surely let us down by not encouraging us to do what was right and sensible when economic times were good....now, we are forced to face the consequences of this happening when times are bad.

The lesson of history is that true wealth is acheived, first and foremost, thru hard work, prudence and thrift..even going back to Grecian/Roman times
how could we have ever forgotten this (as a nation?)
