Well, they're both, really.

To censor words that indicate their effectiveness is to leave ourselves open to more attacks. We should not underestimate these scoundrels. We should not delude ourselves into thinking they lack ability, mixed with their overdose of evil. Nor should we expect them to roll over easily.

I agree....

The word genius merely referred to the simplicity and horrible effectiveness of the plan.

A stupid man could not have conceived of the plot and executed it so......completely.
