Sorry, Gersh, you've mixed my statement for getting a good point. Sometimes I write sht. That can happen, I'm not perfect. If you feel something like that, critic is welcom. Sometimes I cannot transfer what I mean due to the foreign language. I'm sorry. I prefer discussing here with you old guys instead talking easily in my home-idiom with teenies. Sometimes we will disagree. If that goes too far for you, too far even for discussing the point, if you even feel bothered, let me know that: probably I would leave - it's my way to solve conflicts when they leave the brain-section heading the heart or even the belly. But please don't be a bit tricky like here: I never brought these passengers in relation to a "John Wayne" - this was meant to decorate an (imo obviously) ironic proposal about "free weapons for free passengers". The serious part of this proposal could have saved all those victims - if enough money would have been available the right time for saving passengers and bomb-victims. Again, a few bucks more per ticket and at least this kind of terrorism would have no chance anymore. I rather see surviving passengers than dead heros because I ever be aware that this is not an movie, Gersh. When I hear honeysweet heroism I sometimes smell that such people prefer dead heros to living (and thinking) humans. In German there's a special term for that cynical thinking: "Menschen-Material". It's the language of violence-men. I rather see effective precaution than blind vengeance because I don't have a western-mentality. Please remember: most actors in western don't see the end of the movie. There are 40 billions available without discussion for probably meaningless military "punishments" after years when nobody has eliminated such (well known) camps - what more do one need than a single flight-attack for this purpose? OK, then** Mr. Ibn Laden probably still was staying there... We all don't know yet what Mr. Bush will do. It will take years again until we hear or read what of all that what we hear now is at least partly true. What we know is that spending for military and secret-service-purposes just is exploding. And I heard hard arguing for traumatic restrictions of civilrights in US - a few minutes after the catastrophe. See: Today this Kennedy-Airport action is dominating the news: Today! Just in NY! Arabs! Weapons! How could they get into the plane? How could the FBI know that without doing something the right time?
