My question is what happens if the big boys take advantage of this tragedy? Precisely Art. If you read my previous posts here earlier, the Canadian, US and World governments are well aware that that very concern could materialize. There is a rumor that these same governments are pleading with the "big boys" not to allow it to happen. Despicable that they have to rely and enforce moral suasion to begin with, but the alternative actions I believe will be too blatant and as such, I feel that they with Greenspan will support the mkts at open.
