It keeps crashing my Netscape 4.5, but I can use SI with Netscape 6.1.

Are there any United States brokers who have reasonably priced access to exchanges all over the world? Specifically, to the Tel Aviv stock exchange? I know the big cheeses can fly around and establish accounts here and there, but how about the little cheeses like me?
