mm, your idea about occupying SA, Iraq, Iran, Egypt, and the rest of the Middle East is not entirely sane.

In order to occupy even a SINGLE one of these countries we will need to use our entire army, have the active cooperation of surrounding countries, and be prepared to sustain thousands of casualties and spend untold billions.

Please study the Gulf War carefully: We were bombing for more than a month using almost our entire airforce before using ground forces. It took months to stage our troops in Saudi Arabia, and we used almost the entire army and marine corps and had to call up reserves.

The Arabs are no pushovers anymore. Even back in the 1973 war Egypt came close to defeating Israel. Only massive American supplies delivered practically at the front line allowed Israel to prevail. Today, Egypt has a modern American-equipped army and so does Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Gulf States. And Iran has millions under arms with plenty of supplies from Russia and China. Even Saddam's army is better equipped now than during the Gulf War. His elite troops, the Republican Guard, escaped almost unscathed. The troops we defeated in Kuwait were less than 200,000 ill trained conscripts.
