Teresa...perhaps we don't know the enemy, but I think our government has a much better idea. In terms of specificity, with regard to what happened on Tuesday, maybe not. But the names and the cells are well within our intelligence capability. As with Vietnam, where a new type of combat was learned, we will, once again, have to learn a new method of warfare.

I believe it can be done.
