Only if the markets go down substantially and stay down.

Given the response in Europe, that's far from a certain thing. I'd have to say that shorting at these levels continues to be a dangerous game with the market so oversold.

Great idea and we could take it a step further and say no selling at all until the "war" is over. How about that? Course it might be kind of hard to buy if no-one can sell but that's a petty detail.

Say when do you suppose the war will be over? a month, a year, 5 years, 10 years?
