Filet, I still haven’t heard back from Business Wire concerning the American Express PR. Thanks for the reminder, I’ll hit them up again. They did send me notification when they will be out of the office though. Comtex and Business Wire are listed on the NR's and I was wondering if you could/would please answer the following questions? If you are not able to respond, would you please advise me who/where to go for the answers? I'm fully aware of your web-site as that is how I have contact inf. What I need is more specific feedback. I can't ask Thermo Tech for anything as they are NOT honest with shareholders. 1. How does Business Wire work apropos (rules, regulations, procedures, accountability) in regards to News Releases? 2. I am with the understanding that Business Wire contacts Comtex and Comtex then distributes news items to private customers only? 3. Who paid for the following News Releases? Especially the one about Thermo Tech Exceeds The Volume of Microsoft on Feb 15, 2000. Was it Thermo Tech or Business Wire? Someone had to get the bill for this. 4. Did either Dr. James Hayslett, MD or Ed Kroeker, contact a news distributor (in this case, Comtex) which had one of its publishers (Business Wire) run the stories? Who paid Comtex? There has GOT to be some accountability! Please understand, I am not angry with Comtex or Business Wire. Just trying to find answers. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.
