Once leaders of these groups are identified, we need to find their lieutenants and their sponsors. At the appropriate time we need to unleach our Delta Force team and allow them to do what they know how to do well....they may need to assasinate / eliminate these brutal and fanatical terrorists (and all those close to them). This will be a multi-year and a multi-billion dollar campaign that must be carefully coordinated with our allies around the world. We MUST get terrorism by its branch AND by its root.
