They should jsut let everyone do what they want to, and it will all work itself out, like it has in the other countries

You're preaching to the choir, my friend. The war on drugs has been a horrendously expensive failure and a disastrous assault on our civil liberties. Worst of all, it's diverted attention from the enemies who constitute the real threats to all of us.
