Jerry,

I don't know for sure how the market will oscillate initially - whether we sell off first or rally first. Subjectively, I feel that alot of America will be galvinizing together; therefore there will be a limit to the downside initially whether we rally or selloff first. Im speaking specificly of the initial move within the next few days/next week. Once normality starts to return to some degree, then the fundamentals/technicals will play a bigger part in deciding market direction.

Maybe I am too idealistic this time, but thats my opinion. I for one will not be shorting for the interim.
