For those who do not know, there are casualties of terrorism in other countries almost on a daily basis (and the media does not focus on them).

Very few people know or appreciate the fact that not only India but China and Russia have also been subjected to Afghani/Pakistani inspired terrorism.

The terrorism associated with Islamic fundamentalism is a serious problem for a number of nations whose interests are otherwise not aligned, a fact that might point to a solution.

Interesting that in all of your post you didn't mention Iran... was it an oversight, or was there a reason to leave them off? They've launched wars before, they aren't embargoed like Iraq, so they have capital to fund activities, and have been relatively stable for a while.
