While not awe inspiring, his performance to date has been creditable and he has the support of the American people. It's weird not being in the US while this happened. I thought I would check out this thread to see what people are writing about and I read the same crap people were saying last November. If you mean Bush bashing, your exaggerating. There have been very few negative comments re Bush. Some reporters were complaining that he should not have been flown to Nebraska; instead taken to the WH. While they kept it up for awhile, those same reporters are not complaining today. I think you are missing the mood because you are out of the country. Since Tuesday, we are Americans first, and Reps., Dems., Prots., Jews etc second. Hope all is well with you. What are they saying over there? ted
