zazz, a dirty little secret you may not be aware of: The house of Saud, ruling family in Saudi Arabia is Sunni. Osama bin Laden is Sunni. Another dirty little secret is the Saudi Royal family helps finance the Taliban. Do more research, (you may find there are only a very small handful of countries/Governments around the world recognize the Taliban as official Government representative in Afghanistan, the House of Saud is one, Pakistan the other.) Osama bin Laden is married to the daughter of the highest ranking religious entity in Afghanistan.

How much did you want to pay for a gallon of gas????

I grew up being tutored in Chinese by his colleagues, men with blond hair and blue eyes from Iowa and Virginia.

In what ways were you tortured, and why?

Thanks again, Teresa, for your respectful and thoughtful reply. I wholeheartedly agree that our nation must respond to this tragedy with something far beyond a band-aid. I cannot myself think of anything but violence is what will get their attention. The roots are what we must focus on and that isn't a simple path either.
Bottomline in discussions and productive dialogue is respect and consideration for each other; otherwise we enter the realm of those we describe as terrorists. I do not appreciate attacks on my character or loyalty from other reply.
Let's keep sparking clear thinking!
