I have no undying devotion to Clinton. My reason was twofold: (1) It is important when the immediate past president (of the other party) urges a united front for the good of America. Whether you like the guy or despise him, Mr. Clinton needs to be saluted for what he said. (2) I thought I'd run his name up the flagpole to see how many would start blasting away. Tastes Like Chicken took great offense. Tough. Too bad. Mr. Clinton was our president for eight years of unprecedented peace and prosperity. What he says is still highly significant.
