Many are saying there is a high probability of that, but time will tell. As I posted earlier the ECB had decided not to lower theirs today, but as you know, the U.S. acts as it sees fit and doesn't follow... WE LEAD.

Thanks for posting that news on ORCL Dev. Donny, I expect you will hear from the Chairman before the opening bell on Monday AM....
That been said, consumer confidence is at its lowest, restaurants, hotels, tourism and spending in general will be severely curtailed as will be fedex deliveries that all use air for their livelihood. Companies who rely on orders to function will also feel a pinch. The urgency near term will be getting people to their destinations. A cousin on route for a visit here from Warsaw, has spent the last 3 days in Frankfurt with no ETA given from Luftansa yet. Look for a short term show of support on low volume, though retaliatory action between now and Monday from the US and its allies may certainly change the mood between now and then. I will not be making any calls on SI, though if you do not yet have access to the p-site, send a note to netrader@mindspring.com, no knights need apply.
