Any time our troops were involved, I don't remember anyone attacking Clinton.

I wasn't referring to the media, I was referring to conservative Republicans. I shouldn't complain too much I guess, many of them were privately grousing that Bush was showing "indecision" when, instead of returning immediately to Washington, he followed the rather sensible (IMO) strategy of keeping his movements unpredictable.

Here's a link I found from a quick and dirty Google search which discusses what I'm talking about. Since it was written by a NY Times writer I guess you'll dismiss it as liberal propaganda, but I think the points he makes are legitimate.
