Awfully hard for many to keep in mind the real situation, sometimes it's just too complex.

It's human to want to simplify, especially in times of crisis. Unfortunately it's still a weakness, not a strength. In spite of the political scandal, we've got a war on. That doesn't change the facts of the scandal, or the war.
