I have theory as to why some "hijackers" were caught at JFK/LaGuardia...

I think its possible that, after the "grand plan" was set up (which I assuming included attacks on Tuesday, but further attacks later in the week), that the organizers/masterminds of the attack became very fearful of getting caught in conversation w/those here in the U.S, post WTC bombing. So they cut off direct communication.

So, these losers at JFK and LaGuardia went thru with the "original" plan, and it didn't occur to them to change plans, since HQ was not telling them to stop. Perhaps Bin Laden et al underestimated the strength of the U.S. response to the original hijacking in their 1st plan.

Perhaps their unwavering loyalty to the cause/plan exposed a flaw in their system here...

Nothing else really makes sense to me.

Am hearing that the Taliban are trying to deny that Bin Laden even has the capability to pulling something like this off. What a lame-a$$ reply. How is it possible that they can make such a statement? This only increases their implication. I pray to God that the moderate Arab nations stand to the side in this thing, after the overwhelming evidence is presented, and that our European friends continue to stand beside us as this thing gets uglier and uglier.
