Sky Marshalls on every flight? With less than 24 Sky Marshalls currently on payroll that will certainly limit the number of flights for the next year or so. The only reasonable comments I have heard are from Robert McNamara, Robert Kennedy's advisor in the Cuban Missile Crisis and to later Presidents in Viet Nam. He said we need to become clear about the reasons driving the terrorist movement and compromise on enough issues to eliminate support for them among nations and sympathetic populations. Otherwise you end up fighting a never-ending war with increasingly extreme measures and end up losing anyway.
