School officials said the pair claimed to be from Saudi Arabia studying to become pilots for Saudi Air. Several of the 10 people taken into custody tonight at JFK and LaGuardia had flight certificates from Flight Safety International in Vero Beach, Fla., one of the schools where the suspected terrorists were allegedly trained, according to officials. The second man, who was arrested Thursday, was found hiding in a basement as police were raiding another apartment. German authorities have raided several apartments Thursday and have also gone to the Hamburg Technical College, where Atta and Alshehri were enrolled. A woman found in one of the apartments has been detained, but not arrested.
