We need to use ALL our tools to respond. I can promise you there will be a sustained and powerful campaign against terrorist leaders and those that support them. I have met Defense Secretary Rumsfeld and he is a VERY bright and determined man. The U.S. is doing its homework, coordinating with Allies and preparing for the appropriate response. THE SLEEPING GIANT HAS BEEN AWAKENED. The world will never be the same again.
