The greatest part of what I was speaking was that if the bankers want an honest market should they not first be honest? If they want a just market must not they first offer justice? If they wish us be loyal to them, must they also show loyalty to the rest of the nation whom they have been screwing?

gold_tutor... I'm not sure if you intend to say that you believe all muslims (or even most) secretly believe that this attack was justified... Because I don't... And I believe that they don't.. What's at stake here is a civil war between moderate Islamics who want to modernize, and the ultra-extremists who wish to impose a theocratic government upon these people... the law of Sharia, as it were. The question is whether most moderate Islamics understand what's at stake for themselves, and the entire world, and be willing to make the sacrifices required to permit them to thwart the efforts of these radicals. Europeans fought incredible wars during the period when the Catholic church's power was waning over a period of centuries, and monarchs were attempting to assert their secular authority. This, I fear, is what the Islamic world will likely be facing, and what we will be required to assist them in accomplishing. Hawkmoon
