Oh, jeeze, Carranza. After I was so nice about your typo?

I am not going to get into a pissing match with you, but I bet I know more about asbestos and asbestosis than you do. No, I am not a doctor, just a lawyer who worked for a firm that specialized in asbestosis cases. Koonz, McKenney, Johnson and DePaulis. You could look them up. I wrote some killer briefs for the big dogs, but my name wasn't on them. If you want a reference, PM me and I'll give you a name and a phone number.

It was a typo, dude. Lighten up.

NPR reported on "All Things Considered" that EPA was investigating cleaning up both the WTC and the Pentagon due to the sites being contaminated with asbestos, lead and other toxic or hazardous waste. That's a fact, Jack.

Your explanation of how SuperFund works is incomplete. CERCLA allows EPA to use SuperFund to clean up sites where no responsible party is identified.
