What's interesting is that there is no date on the article, but it appears that it was written before the tragedy. If so, it is interesting, but the landscape has changed substantially this past week. After the tragedy, stock manipulators don't need to harp on P/E's; their scare work is done for them, and now all they need to do is determine whether they have the guts to buy or not.
