If Bostonians harbored the terrorists, then I hope that we take them out with as much vigor as we appear to be getting ready to take out bin Laden with.knc

Sorry Ron, its called the First Amendment. Yes, immigration is a privelege. But the Bill of Rights applies to immigrants and visa holders the same as it does you or I. The same First Amendment that protects the KKK protects your local neighborhood Friends of Hamas member. And like everyone else, they are innocent until proven guilty, and law enforcement must provide reasonable cause to SPY on anyone in the investigation of the planning or commission of a crime. I agree it is messed up that certain individuals who wish to destroy our country paradoxically choose to enjoy its freedoms to their own benefit. But I strongly disagree that we should close our society and diminish our freedoms out of fear.

If they commit a crime, or are shown to be credibly plotting a crime, they should be arrested and charged or deported. Anyone who knowingly harbors a criminal is committing a crime, they become an accomplice to the crime, and should be arrested, charged, and/or deported as well. That is a non-issue. What IS an issue, is how far you propose to impinge on our liberties. Let's not propose something that might bite OURSELVES in the ass at a later date.
