There is a significant difference between Bush and Clinton. Everything that Bill CLinton did was to promote Bill Clinton and his legacy. His obsession with being in control of everything is different than Bush. Bush surrounds himself with wise people and uses them. He is content to manage and that is a different style. It made my stomach churn to listen to Bill CLinton on TV talking about the need to put a better security network in play. The very things that he squelched in his devotion to the PC view of the world.
