I also agree that ALL tools at our disposal should be used, legal, financial, psychological, social, intelligence, political, and military. My fear is that the well known American propensity for moral self-flagellation and introspection will maintain the status quo wrt the complete and total deployment American military force. These scum are betting on it. Ultimately, it will be the only thing these people will understand or respect. Sadly, only the fear of utter annihilation will stop these people. It was the same with National Socialism and Imperial Japan, it will be the same with Islamic fundamentalists. They will fight until they all die. When the utter barbarity of this cult of evil is revealed it will foster revulsion across national borders and cultural divides. We got a small taste of the mania of the Taliban psychosis in their destruction of Buddhist statues all over Afghanistan. The tales of horror that await the world are worthy of Pol Pot, Joseph Mengele, Joe Stalin, and Mao Tse Tung, and await only an unbiased reporting of same. The notion that Muslims are somehow immune from this brand of psychotic anti-social thought and behavior is FALSE. It needs to be fully exposed for what it is, wherever it is. Imo these sick individuals have been able to hide under the mantle of pseudo-legitimate national grievances and aspirations for far too long. Sadly, guys like Jim Jones, David Koresh, and Osama bin Laden only give up when they are dead. The contrast between people like Martin Luther King, Mohandas Ghandi, and Osama Bin Laden is so clear that only the severely mentally impaired cannot see it.
