What is so "awful" about SEC JUST YESTERDAY RELAXED THE STOCK BUYBACK RULES USING 3% MONEY FROM THE DISCOUNT WINDOW?" Do you, RIchard, really want to send a company to the financial "potter's field" without giving them the weapons/tools to defend themselves? You seem to forget that in our capitalist structure, that corporations are "paper people" and have the rights to defend themselves. To less than empower them to defend themselves in totally unique cirmstances, would be assinine, financial suicide, and help injury upon tragedy already suffered by the victim companies! It would be the equivalent of sending a soldier to war without a personal sidearm. Why are you straining at gnats?
