Cobalt,

I wont fight the FED, but if they inflate prices in stocks that were overvalued anyway (I bought SUNW for a deadcat bounce, for example, and knew what I was doing, even though I am now down on the investment) I will sell all my long positions I feel are exposed.

The world is NOT what it was. If people want to pretend that it is, fine. However, that way of thinking will only last a few days, and the little guy will get screwed that is what concerns me.

Imagine the "patriot" who uses his 4K in his Etrade account to buy a propped up share of CSCO at 15$ Monday when things "rally", only to see it fairly valued at 12$ (Really, probably worth much less if we really have a war) by noon. One week later the poor man loses his job.

In the meantime, institutions and people with leveraged long positions get out even more or less.

The world goes on, and the big money always wins I guess.

So be it. You have been warned.
