For those who don't wish to read it all or consider it "unimportant" I noted this Grant remark referring to the current monetary agenda, "the payment integrity of the banking system;the dollar exchange rate; the ramifications of the loss of records and COUNTERPARTIES (my emphasis); the risk presented to the bond market by the losses borne by Cantor Fitzgerald, LEADING WHOLESALE GOVERNMENT DEALER (my emphasis);the risks presented in the global derivatives market by PRICE MOVEMENTS OUTSIDE THE RANGE OF THE LIKELY OUTCOMES BUILT INTO THE TRADING MODELS. Gee, I think he is describing a novelty burst, or outside event.
