Bosco,

Thank you for agreeing to disagree. H#LL, I could be wrong. I wouldn't hold any other nation's programmers responsible for their actions taken outside of the borders of this country. I would, however hold any American person or company directly responsible for the actions of the enemy who, within our own borders, uses American tech to secure their comm's. Any American who develops anything that aids the enemy should provide our country with the very best offsets they can devise. Other country's citizens have to set and abide by their own rules.

Such rules as providing safe harbor to the enemy could (and should) result in retribution by the "Winner" of the war to come. I, being a Vietnam Veteran, find it very difficult to watch our country descend into the political bickering over the "rules" of this coming war.

We have an extremely competent, experienced group of leaders. Lets give them the mission and then back the H#LL out of their way. The #1 rule in in the coming war should be F^ck fair, WIN!

But what do I know,

BT
