Did they (experts? experts of what? experts of Notradamus studies?) decide this after Tuesday? What was the last failed nostradamus prediction? Some cataclismic earthquake associated with a solar event or something.

That prediction is a hoax. There is no quatraine that says that and it is attributed to Nostradamus nearly 100 years after his death.
