It's becoming clear that time has come to put a lid on religious extremism of all kinds. Rev. Jerry Falwell has laid blame for this terrorist attack on the sins of "pagans ... abortionists, feminists, gays and lesbians...". That someone claiming to be a member of the Christian Clergy could make such a statement at a time like this goes beyond being repulsive.
