Yes, you cannot automatically tell who is benign and who wishes you ill, and therefore will be wary. But, by the same token, since the person may be a loyal American of Arab extraction, it would be inappropriate to be the aggressor. The Arab/Muslim community has not declared war on the world, only some indeterminate portion. Don't let the fanatics create further enmity.......
