No...I actually have seen former President Clinton a lot more than Cheney.

My hunch is that since The U.S. is operating on Delta Security Level (which we never usually see) things ARE NOT business as usual for our top leaders -- Extreme precautions are being taken to protect our #2 leader. We'll find our more soon enough.
