The claims that there was an intelligence failure are starting to tick me off. The intelligence community should get some respect, they seem to have thwarted the Millenium terror bin Laden had planned. Who knows how many other acts of terror were stopped which we don't know about. Everyone seems to believe that encrypted emails and cell phones were used. How silly. If encrypted discs which are hand-delivered or mailed are used, how is an intelligence service supposed to do anything about them?
