Hi Dave, Positive effects on the economy and technology, in my opinion Assuming that this is not just the first wave, possibly. Message 16352408 (second half) The $40 billion pledged to fight terrorism isn't money that's just going to evaporate. Lots of it may be spent elsewhere. Is this money for infrastructure protection or covert operations ? One will help the economy, one will do little if anything for it. Plus all the old excesses are still with us. regards Kastel
