You can never realistically eradicate afflictive emotions since they exist in all of us to some degree, so going after the people who did this is somewhat futile. The only reason you have a platform to speak such idiocy is because the world defeated Hitler, communism, and other forms of the Hun and democracy exists. Our veterans who died for you and me must be turning over in their graves.

Brian, I have read your contributions to SI for a long time, and I respect your knowledge as an investor and a contributor to various forums. However, your pacifistic preaching is becoming rather overbearing. You're a great guy........ O.K.? But your views are only yours, and insult those of us who have been around enough years to assimilate wisdom, rather than just a simplistic, naive belief in pacifism that ignores the complex nature of man, and the fact that some of them are simply evil. Pacifism is age old, and has been proven to be a breeding ground for martyrs for many centuries. A heinous act has been committed upon the American people.....all your sweetness and light will change nothing......force is the only thing that can be used against these people.....deal with it.
