CLinton's gone. The days of "wag the dog" are gone. I really don't believe you're going to see more wars to distract from domestic problems.

And this problem is different anyway. Clinton created his "crises". This one was created for us.

And the Europeans passed a resolution allowing us to invoke the mutual defense clause of the NATO treaty. If they now decide not to honor their commitments (after being rescued from the Nazis by us and then receiving 50 years of protection from the Soviet bear from us), then they can plan on going it alone the next time someone wants to eat them.

This is the first time we could benefit from that treaty and NOW they wish to forget it? If this the case, to hell with them!
