PK, the blame is on Sec. Powell shoulders the information was there his political interpretation was flawed or he even chose to ignore not to ruffle the rulers of certain countries.

Powell is trusting certain governments who are talking sweet but mean evil to the Western Civilization.

His approach of "restrain" and forceful "restrain" combined with sympathetic public expression to those harboring terrorists gave the terrorist in the US the green light that no one will hinder their hideous attack

In any democratic country Powell would be forced to resign I still do not understand why they still keep him onboard.
