Scott, this is some LOONEY piece. Where did you find it? It smells like fabricated stuff just to cause panic and fear. I've never heard of this Colonel. We should be careful, but let's not get to the extreme here. Russia, China, and the Middle East conspiring together against the USA? Wha-a-a-at? Russia had enough wars, the last thing it needs is war against the U.S. Chechnya, supported by Bin Laden and other ME's groups, is fighting Russia as we speak... What about the NATO? What about the rest of Europe? If this guy exists, he's either nuts or a crafty provocateur.
