Thanks to my Airbag in BEGBX and NVS shares, my biotech heavy portfolio held up reasonably well in todays selloff.
To my own suprise, some biotechs were green (DDDP, LSBC, NRGN) at the open and got quickly sold. Bought some MEDX and INCY instead. To my own surprise, my cash balance has increased today. Looking forward to buy more AFFX, CRGN, MLNM VRTX, maybe HGSI? Scalping LSBC, NRGN, DPII again? Buying into TTP,BTRN again?
Biotechs again got discounted today as risky stocks and indeed they are. However as long as the market for drugs continues to grow, the business prospects for biotechs are as good as they have been before the WTC thing.

From a fundamental standpoint, nothing has changed for biotechs. <Repeat 10 times...>
